Ingredients

  • 1 hot dog
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the hot dog into slices or small pieces.
  2. Break the eggs into a small bowl.
  3. Add milk and stir with a fork until well combined.
  4. Stir in the hot dog pieces and shredded cheese.
  5. In a small skillet, heat butter or margarine until bubbly.
  6. Pour in the egg mixture into the skillet.
  7. When eggs start to cook around the edges, gently push with a pancake turner across the bottom of the skillet.
  8. Continue cooking and pushing until the eggs are set but still moist.
