Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine.
  2. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 450°F (232°C).
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Blend in milk and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F (121°C); continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes until set.
  11. Loosen the cake from the rim of the pan and cool.
  12. Chill the cheesecake before serving, then top with pie filling.
