Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spoon the egg mixture into well-greased muffin cups, about 1/3 cup each.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of each muffin.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until eggs are set and golden.
