Ingredients

  • 1 box Corn Chex
  • 1 box Cheerios
  • 1 box Rice Chex
  • 1 box pretzel sticks
  • 1 (2 lb.) can salted nuts
  • 3/4 lb. butter
  • 1/3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. celery salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and add all spices (Tabasco sauce, chili powder, and celery salt).
  2. Pour the seasoned butter over the cereals and nuts, except the pretzels, and stir well to coat evenly.
  3. Bake at 200°F for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
  4. Add the pretzels during the last 30 minutes of baking and stir to combine.
  5. Allow to cool before serving. Makes about 2 gallons.
