Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the cheese sauce after it thickens. If you're short on time, you can substitute the crabmeat and shrimp with a pre-cooked seafood mix or even use canned salmon. To make it lighter, swap half of the cheese with a low-fat alternative or Greek yogurt. Always ensure the noodles are completely covered with sauce to prevent them from drying out.

Serving Suggestions

This seafood lasagne pairs beautifully with a fresh side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. A light white wine, such as a Pinot Grigio, complements the dish nicely. For an Italian-inspired dinner, consider serving it alongside Crostini Di Fegatini(Chicken Liver Croutons) as an appetizer for a delightful dining experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an oven-safe dish and cover with foil to prevent drying. Heat at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until warmed through. You can also microwave individual portions in short intervals, covered, to retain moisture.
