- Combine cooked shrimp or crab meat, softened cream cheese, minced scallions, minced garlic, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary; the mixture should be strongly flavored.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place a sheet of phyllo dough on your work surface and brush it with melted butter.
- Layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with butter; repeat until you have layered all 8 sheets.
- Cut the layered dough into 6 strips.
- Place 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons of the seafood mixture onto each strip.
- Fold each strip into a triangle shape, like a flag.
- Lightly brush the tops of the triangles with melted butter.
- Repeat the process until all dough and filling are used.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
