Seafood Thermidor
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish (may use cod, perch, pulcrum, ling cod, red snapper) ⓘ
- 1 small onion, quartered ⓘ
- lemon slice ⓘ
- 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. flour ⓘ
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. dry white wine ⓘ
- 1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. parsley ⓘ
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 2 tsp. butter or oleo ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. paprika ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Poach in greased skillet with onion and lemon, covered with water, for 5 to 6 minutes.
