Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 3 Tbsp. sardines (optional)
  • 2 to 3 cups crabs, fish, lobster, scallops, and shrimp, cut up
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen condensed light cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the sliced mushrooms lightly in butter.
  2. Add the cream of shrimp soup and frozen condensed light cream, then heat slowly until the soup is thawed.
  3. Blend in the seafood (crabs, fish, lobster, scallops, shrimp) and shredded sharp cheese.
  4. Heat the mixture, stirring often.
  5. Just before serving, add sardines if desired.
  6. Serve hot with buttered rice or noodles.
