Ingredients

  • 500 gm. mutton
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. green chilies, finely cut
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
  • onion
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, powdered

Instructions

  1. Wash the mutton and pass it twice through a mincer.
  2. Add green chilies, ginger, and garlic to the minced mutton.
  3. Then add salt, black pepper, and chopped onion.
  4. Mix the spices well in the mincer and shape the mixture into ping-pong ball-sized kabobs.
  5. Push skewers through the kabobs.
  6. Pat and mold until the mince clings around the skewers.
