Ingredients

  • 5 cups flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt with buttermilk and beat on 'stir' with a mixer.
  2. Add salad oil, eggs, sugar, and Raisin Bran cereal; beat again until well combined.
  3. Line muffin pans with paper liners.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
