Shells With Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan; fry chicken pieces until cooked completely.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese over the chicken and stir.
  3. Stir in frozen peas and combine.
  4. Add cream of chicken soups and milk, and stir together.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes, adding less milk if a thicker sauce is desired.
  6. Cook shells according to package instructions; place on a plate.
  7. Top with the chicken and sauce mixture and serve.
