Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil (salad oil)
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 8 c. romaine, bib, Boston and/or endive
  • 1 egg (raw)

Instructions

  2. In a jar, shake together first 6 ingredients. Chill overnight.
