Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and almost all of the crushed pineapple together.
  2. Add chopped nuts to the mixture.
  3. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water and let it thicken.
  4. Add the cream cheese mixture into the thickened jello.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Let the salad congeal in the refrigerator before serving.
