Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 small jar dried beef

Instructions

  1. Empty dried beef into a colander.
  2. Rinse each piece under running water to remove excess salt.
  3. Shred the dried beef into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add milk, chopped olives, sour cream, and minced onion to the cream cheese and mix well.
  6. Stir in the shredded dried beef.
  7. Serve the dip with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
