Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cleaned, medium shrimp
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle sherry, salt, and pepper over seafood in a casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix minced onion, garlic, parsley, and oregano with bread crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture on top of the seafood.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes until seafood is cooked and topping is golden.
