- Mix the lemon jello, hot water, tomato sauce, sweet pickle relish, minced onion, mild salsa, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
- When the mixture is partially set, add rinsed tiny shrimp, sliced ripe olives, chopped celery, and hot sauce. Mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Chill until fully set.
- Serve chilled, sliced or in blocks.
