Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 2 lb. large shrimp

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, salt, and garlic.
  2. Mix in bread crumbs, parsley, sherry, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
  3. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  4. Toss the shrimp into simmering water and cook just a few minutes, only until they turn pink.
  5. Rinse the shrimp with cool water and drain.
