Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage (hot)
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper and salt
  • 1 cup Jiffy mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Saute sausage, shrimp, celery, and onion until cooked and fragrant.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Stuff the mixture into chicken or turkey, or transfer to a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until browned.
