Ingredients

  • 6 oz. lemon Jell-O
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 6 oz. pkg. Brilliant shrimp, thawed
  • 17 oz. can peas
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 4 large green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a blender set on stir, dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add 1 cup cold water, tomato soup, vinegar, and chili sauce; blend until smooth.
  3. Add cream cheese, one cube at a time, while blending until fully incorporated.
