Ingredients

  • 3 lb. raw shrimp
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. barbecue spice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. thin cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. Season the raw shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in thyme, basil, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue spice, and lemon juice.
  5. Add Velveeta cheese and cook, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the shrimp and cheese mixture.
  8. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and shrimp.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
