Ingredients

  • 2 small cans shrimp
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 3 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and celery well.
  2. Heat tomato soup and water; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water and let sit.
  6. Refrigerate gelatin mixture for 30 minutes.
  7. Fold in shrimp, chopped onion, chopped celery, mayonnaise, and the gelatin mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  9. Chill overnight before serving.
