Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3 c. cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, do not brown.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  3. Put in the shrimp and mushrooms.
  4. Cook, stirring over medium heat for about 8 minutes until the shrimp begin to turn pink.
  5. Stir to mix and add the parsley flakes.
  6. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
