Ingredients

  • 7 oz. package spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 to 6 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt

Instructions

  1. Simmer chicken leg quarters until tender.
  2. Remove chicken from broth and allow to cool.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of broth.
  4. Place spaghetti in the reserved broth and boil, do not drain.
  5. When chicken has cooled, cut into small pieces.
  6. Add chicken to the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Combine cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, celery salt, and onion salt, then mix with chicken and spaghetti.
  8. Transfer to a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
