Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough.
  2. Shape the dough into a round loaf.
  3. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 1 hour.
  4. Let cool before slicing.
  5. Serve with butter or fruit preserves.
