Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 oz. each) chunk tuna
  • 6 oz. uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
  2. Drain the noodles and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the heated mushroom soup, cooked peas, grated onion, salt, and pepper to the noodles.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Optional: Stir in a tablespoon of pimentos if desired.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until heated through.
