Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen hash brown potatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, grated sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and sour cream; stir well.
  3. Add the thawed potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste; mix until evenly combined.
