  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
