Instructions
- Melt the oleo in a skillet.
- Add the light brown sugar and chopped dates to the melted oleo.
- Cook over low heat until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
- Add the milk and slowly stir in the beaten eggs.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add chopped nuts, vanilla, and Rice Krispies, stirring to mix well.
- Form the mixture into balls and roll each in coconut.
- Serve and enjoy.
