Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons A. 1. sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, oats, onions, salt, pepper, egg, A. 1. sauce, and half of the mushroom soup in a bowl by hand.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a skillet or baking dish.
  3. Pour the remaining mushroom soup over the top of the loaf.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.
