Skip-a-step lasagna offers a quick, cheesy, and satisfying Italian-inspired meal with minimal fuss, perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly.
  2. Drain the beef and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  3. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles, meat sauce, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and Ricotta cheese in a baking dish, one-third at a time.
  4. Pour boiling water around the edge of the dish.
  5. Cover tightly with foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
