Slow-Cooked Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 2 green onions, chopped ⓘ
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained ⓘ
- Dash hot pepper sauce ⓘ
- Assorted crackers ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 9 ingredients; stir in crab.
- Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours. Stir in capers and pepper sauce; cook 30 minutes longer to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers.
