Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in a pan and remove them.
  2. Combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in the same pan and heat through.
  3. Layer the browned chops and sauce in a slow cooker or heavy Dutch oven.
  4. Bake covered in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour, or cook in a slow cooker on high until bubbly, then simmer on low for 5 to 6 hours until tender and sauce is gravy-like.
