Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded smoked Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons steak sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • toasted assorted crackers

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese, shredded cheese, and margarine or butter set at room temperature to soften.
  2. In a mixer, blend milk and steak sauce until fluffy.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for no less than 4 hours.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls and roll in chopped nuts.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers; slice and spread.
