Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider adding a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or silken tofu as a substitute for fat-free mayonnaise dressing. If you prefer a spicier dip, increase the amount of jalapenos or add a dash of hot sauce. Fresh herbs like cilantro can also enhance the flavor. Make sure to use fresh lemon juice for the best taste.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dip chilled or at room temperature with an assortment of crisp, raw vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers. It also pairs well with tortilla chips or pita bread. For a complete snack, enjoy alongside Marinated Carrots With Sauce or a fresh salad for a refreshing contrast.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm the dip in a microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water if it thickens too much. Stir well before serving to restore its creamy consistency.
