Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, broken
  • 26 large marshmallows
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large package cream cheese
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 large package lime gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drop marshmallows into boiling water and dissolve well.
  2. Add lime gelatin to the mixture and let it cool.
  3. Mix crushed pineapple with cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Add the pineapple and cream cheese mixture to the cooled gelatin mixture and stir thoroughly.
  5. Fold in whipped cream and broken pecans.
  6. Pour the mixture into a large 8 x 14-inch pan or a large jello mold.
  7. Chill well before serving.
