Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz grated cheese
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix hash browns, sour cream, grated cheese, and cream of potato soup and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper on top.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
