- Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and coat with the flour mixture.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and brown the meat slowly on all sides.
- Add onions, garlic powder, water, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, and mushroom liquid to the meat.
- Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 2 hours.
- Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
- Cook only until heated through.
