Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 12 oz. pepperoni
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Combine milk and eggs; stir well and pour over the cooked spaghetti.
  3. Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper in a large skillet until beef crumbles; drain well.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and spoon the mixture over the spaghetti in the pan.
  5. Layer sliced mushrooms and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the casserole.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
