Ingredients

  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped very fine
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions; drain and keep warm.
