Ingredients

  • 1 cup mild flavored honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, wine vinegar, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow the dressing to cool.
  4. Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
