Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 boned chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 thinly sliced onion

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic salt, ginger, minced garlic, pepper, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
  5. Add more oil to the pan and sauté onions until translucent.
  6. Add broccoli and salt to the pan and cook for a few minutes until tender.
  7. Stir in mushrooms and cook until heated through.
  8. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
  9. Serve hot over rice.
