Ingredients

  • 1 can cooked black beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • mild or medium salsa
  • raw onion (about 1/4 of an onion), diced

Instructions

  1. Drain a can of black beans and a can of whole kernel corn. Combine in a bowl.
  2. Add diced raw onion.
  3. Pour salsa over the mixture.
  4. Let set overnight to mingle the flavors.
