Spicy Cabbage Rolls
Spicy cabbage rolls filled with seasoned ground beef, rice, and vegetables, baked in a tangy tomato sauce for a hearty, flavorful meal perfect for family dinners.

- Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; cook in boiling salted water 5 to 8 minutes or until just tender; drain and set aside.
- Reserve remaining cabbage for other uses.
- Combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
- Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
- Fold 2 opposite ends over and place rolls, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine tomato paste, water, and undrained tomatoes with green chiles; pour over cabbage rolls.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
