Ingredients

  • cabbage
  • italian seasoning
  • stalks celery
  • onion
  • rosemary
  • chicken broth
  • carrot
  • broccoli
  • garlic
  • green zucchini
  • yellow squash
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the chopped vegetables in a large soup pot along with 1 can of chicken broth and minced garlic.
  3. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the cabbage, squash, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables to the soup pot.
  6. Stir in 2 cans of chicken broth, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, rosemary, and Creole seasoning.
  7. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil.
  8. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes.
  9. Season with black pepper before serving.
