Ingredients

  • 6 cups torn spinach
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, separated into rings
  • 10 oz. small peas
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Put half of the torn spinach in a shallow bowl.
  2. Add the chopped hard-cooked eggs and the remaining spinach on top.
  3. Top with onion rings and small peas.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, and sour cream together.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
