Ingredients

  • 10 oz. chopped spinach, drained well
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups onion and garlic flavored croutons
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained chopped spinach, beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, croutons, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and freeze them until firm.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the frozen spinach balls on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
