Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
