Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen spinach, thawed
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix the thawed spinach, butter, Parmesan cheese, stuffing mix, and beaten eggs by hand until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small golf ball-sized balls and place them on a non-greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until golden and heated through.
