Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
  • 1 pkg. green onion dip mix
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped spinach according to the package directions.
  2. Drain the cooked spinach thoroughly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach with margarine, cream of mushroom soup, seasoned bread crumbs, chopped pimentos, green onion dip mix, and grated Cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
