Ingredients

  • fresh spinach or lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • a little sugar
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip; set aside.
  2. Layer fresh spinach or lettuce in a dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the mayonnaise and Miracle Whip mixture over the spinach.
  4. Add a layer of chopped hard-boiled eggs, cooked frozen peas, chopped onion, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients, ending with the mayonnaise and Miracle Whip mixture on top.
  6. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least all day.
